Essential Gear
- Good-quality trekking shoes with a firm grip
- Warm layers, thermal wear and a waterproof jacket
- Comfortable trekking pants and quick-dry T-shirts
- Backpack with rain cover
- Headlamp/torch with spare batteries
- Water bottle or hydration bladder
- Sunglasses, sunscreen and lip balm
- Personal medicines and basic toiletries
- Power bank and essential documents
Tip: Pack light and carry only what you’ll genuinely need on the trail.
Booking & Cancellation
- A booking amount of ₹5,000 per person is required to confirm your spot.
- Your booking is confirmed once the payment is received and acknowledged by our team.
- The remaining amount must be paid 30 days before the trek departure date.
- Once booked, you’ll receive all essential pre-trek information and updates from our team.
Cancellation
- Cancellation requests must be made in writing to the Between The Peaks team.
- The booking amount is non-refundable.
- Refunds, where applicable, will be processed according to our cancellation policy and the time remaining before departure.
- If a trek is cancelled or significantly modified by Between The Peaks due to weather, trail conditions, natural disasters, or other safety-related circumstances, the applicable refund or rescheduling option will be communicated to participants.
- Any applicable payment gateway or transaction charges may be deducted from the refundable amount.
